During a surveillance tour near the Guadalajara – Ocotlán highway, members of the SEDENA secured drugs, hydrocarbons, useful cartridges, and tactical equipment in Ocotlán.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), Jalisco delegation, created an investigation file against whoever or whoever is responsible for the crime against health and violation of the Federal Law of Firearms and Explosives, after the seizure of marijuana, cartridges and vehicles in Ocotlán, Jalisco.
According to the investigation file, it was during a surveillance tour in the vicinity of the Guadalajara-Ocotlan highway, that elements of the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA), located and seized four vehicles, several wrappers containing approximately 225 grams of cannabis sativa (marijuana), five useful cartridges, approximately two thousand 500 liters of apparently hydrocarbon and a license plate vest.
It should be noted that no one was arrested in this action and the seized items were handed over to the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPF), who continues with the integration of the investigation file, in order to resolve the matter in accordance with the law.
