Some people are crazy, and then some others are dangerously crazy, and probably shouldn’t be out there walking around unrestrained.
A Democrat activist, Teha Delaruelle, a “transgender woman” and former campaign volunteer worker, clearly belongs to that latter group. Townhall Media’s Justin Grage uncovered some rather disturbing posts from Teha Delaruelle’s X account, in which he calls for his followers to assassinate Republicans.

On Thursday, a New York Post story provided some background on this nut:
A transgender activist and former campaign volunteer for a Democratic congressional candidate in Wisconsin called for deadly violence against Republicans — and vowed to unleash “trans jihad” against the “animals” in the MAGA movement in a series of unhinged videos on social media.
In one such posting, Teha Delaruelle, who briefly volunteered on the campaign of Wisconsin Democratic Socialist Katrina deVille, who is also transgender, sits in front of a dry-erase board scrawled with “kill your local Republican” in black marker.

“We’re going to make this the moderate position for the state of Wisconsin,” Delaruelle says while pointing at the sick message.
“But I need your help, because we have one month do to this, so let’s do it,” the activist says, flashing a double thumbs-up.
Now, to their credit, the campaign of Katrina deVille would seem to have defenestrated Delaruelle, noting that he is “deeply troubled.” No Schiff, Sherlock. Here are a few more tidbits from this nut:
“It’s about making the oppressor, the bigots, the animals that make up MAGA, for example, right? So for decades, everyone else, all the marginalized, minorities, we’ve had to be the ones that walk down the streets with anxiety, with fear, but no, no more, no, no, no, no, no, no more, folks,” Delaruelle states disjointedly in the recording.
This literally never happens. If anyone has any reason to fear walking down the streets, it’s due to either violent leftists like this nut, or due to some feather-headed liberal judge letting violent criminals back out on the streets, time after time after time.
“We’re gonna do the reverse. We’re gonna make it so that they will be the ones that have to walk down the streets in fear, anxiety and worry. And we’re not gonna make this like, oh, they gotta do this for like, a week or something, where they get really scared. No, this is their new reality. And it’s never gonna change,” the crazed activist pledges before ponderously holding up two fingers and saying “peace.”

Oh, that’s not going to end up at all the way he thinks it will.
In an equally deranged Substack post along the same theme from earlier this month, Delaruelle bemoans what he calls an ongoing “genocide” against “trans and queer folk,” and says the only way to meet the threat is to wage war.
“Society desires nothing less than our total extermination, therefore we must destroy their society. We must answer this call to a [sic] existential struggle, our jihad, our Trans Jihad.”
Yeah, good luck with that.
Here’s the thing: Delaruelle is an extreme case, yes, and probably should be in a padded room with one of those neat jackets with sleeves that tie together around back. But he’s also a warning message: Political violence, right now in the United States, is almost exclusively the province of the left. It’s almost always someone from the far left who is exploding with this kind of spittle-flecked ranting. And, most of the time, the more “mainstream” left is strangely silent about it.
But let someone show up in a public place with a MAGA cap on, and it’s Katie-Bar-the-Door. The screeches of “hate crime” from the left are audible from low orbit.
Here’s the thing: Nuts like this one don’t have any clue what might happen if they ever try to do what they talk about. And that’s their fatal flaw: The right won’t be easily driven to violence; we’d just rather not go down that road. But if we are, nuts like Delaruelle may just learn the hard way that we’re better at it than they are.
