What never happens, but has happened again? Democrats seem to be faced with this question a lot, and on Wednesday, we learned of another example. Denise Nataly Migliore, an Australian national living in the United States, has been arrested in New Orleans and faces charges of voting illegally in the 2022 and 2024 elections.

American elections belong to AMERICAN citizens. This is why we MUST pass the SAVE America Act and ensure the integrity of our nation’s elections.
It’s not clear whether Denise Migliore was in the United States legally or illegally, not that in matters much in this particular case. She was in the United States, she almost certainly knew she was not eligible to cast a ballot in an American election, and yet, she did so – not once but twice. Democrats insist this doesn’t happen, or that if it does, the number is insignificant. That’s a canard. Even one person, even one alien, legal or illegal, voting in an American election, is wrong, it’s unacceptable, and we have the legislation that would stop if languishing in the Senate.

This is why we need to pass the SAVE America Act. No more time-wasting. No more excuses. Pass the damn thing.

We don’t know the total number of such illegally cast votes in the United States. Despite the hysterical claims of Democrats, it’s greater than “none.” Is if enough to tip any given election? We don’t know.
But that doesn’t matter. What matters is this: “What is the acceptable number of people voting illegally in an American election?” The answer is this: “None.” Now, we may never get to none, SAVE America Act or not, but the Act would drive that number down considerably. Somehow, this Australian national was able, presumably, to register to vote. She is now accused of having voted in two elections, one of them a presidential election year. That’s not acceptable, and the SAVE America Act would almost certainly have precluded her from doing that.
Democrats have pulled out all the stops to beat this thing, which in and of itself tells you all you need to know about today’s Democratic Party; they oppose this proposed legislation because it makes cheating harder.

It’s time for the Senate to stop playing patty-cake and pass this. If they have to nuke the filibuster to do it, then do it. The Democrats are insisting daily that they will do so the moment they regain control of the Senate, and we should assume they mean it, because they do. We may as well beat them to the jump and use it to protect our elections.
