Tucker Carlson’s footage shows black-clad men attacking a blurred victim in Turmus Ayya.
Tucker Carlson released video Thursday that he said shows a Palestinian-American beaten “almost to death” by Israeli terrorist settlers in Turmus Ayya.
The Times of Israel reported that the footage concerned an attack earlier this month. The victim’s name is not public.
The video shows three black-clad Israeli men beating a blurred Palestinian victim. More people enter the frame, and one appears to ignite a car, according to The National News Desk.
Carlson put the charge directly to U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee: “You know his name because he came to you for help, but you blew him off. That’s disgraceful. Do your job.”
Huckabee disputes that accusation.
His public timeline says the victim’s Chicago-based son contacted the embassy Oct. 19 after terrorist settlers allegedly attacked his father at home and sent him to a Ramallah hospital.
Huckabee says staff sought direct contact information and later received wound photos and medical reports.
The timeline says the son reported that his father was undergoing surgery, and that the embassy later received medical reports and photographs of his wounds.
Huckabee’s denial comes after The New York Times reported that Huckabee aide David Milstein suppressed an embassy report Congress sought on Palestinian Americans killed by Israeli settlers and security forces.
