Culiacán, Sin.- On the afternoon of Saturday, January 4, a shooting attack with long arms was reported at the State Preventive Police base in the Villa Benito Juárez syndicate, Navolato, with no injuries or deaths.
At the scene, it was reported that fortunately the personnel working in the building were unharmed, and after a thorough check of the surroundings and the interior of the police station, it was confirmed that there were no injuries or deaths.
The events occurred shortly before 02:00 in the afternoon, in a building located on José María Morelos y Pavón street, in the Santa Natalia neighborhood, located to the west of the town and where at first glance it was evident that the base had impacts on the facade and windows that suffered total damage to glass.
After a call for help was made to the 911 emergency service and through the panic button of the radio communication equipment of the preventive agents, security elements of the three levels of government moved to the place, who mounted a large operation in different points of the syndicate and the exits, without the results of the operation being known so far.
