Culiacán, Sin.- At least five people were reported dead this Saturday morning, August 3, after a gun battle between armed civilians and personnel of the Secretary of National Defense, in the vicinity of a gas station located in the community of Loma de Redo, Quilá syndicate, south of Culiacán.
Unofficially, it has been reported that the number could increase, since there is talk of up to 9 dead, and according to the information, all of them are civilians who allegedly attacked the military personnel with bullets when they were driving along the main avenue of the community.
According to the information, the attack happened around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, near a gas station, where the roads leading to the community of Oso Viejo and Quilá meet, and according to the information, the gunmen were traveling on board a unit similar to a Volkswagen Amarok pickup truck.
