Mexico – Élmer Canales Rivera “Crook”, a high-ranking MS-13 member was captured somewhere in Mexico by Mexican security forces, reported La Prensa Grafica, citing a US Government source. He will be extradited to the United States where he faces terrorism charges, reported InSight Crime.
