“A World Is Watching Over Us”

Gulf cartel group “Scorpions” lead by La Kena or Jefe 19 hung banners with pictures of rival “Metros” leadership structure, corrupt transit police command, and the Arzate organization. The Arzate organization is possibly aligned with gulf cartel “Metros” of Reynosa operating in the city of Cadereyta in Nuevo Leon.

The reputed leader of “Metros”of Reynosa is Cesar Morfin Morfin “Primito” who is set to have an alliance with CJNG, and is allegedly financing the current San Fernando war between Zetas Vieja Escuela against group Scorpions of Matamoros.

Translation of Banners:

“HE WHO WARNS IS NOT A TRAITOR

THIS IS A SAMPLE  SO YOU CAN SEE THAT YOU DONT EVEN TAKE CARE OF YOUR TURF AND THERE YOU ARE SUPPORTING SAN FERNANDO A WAR THAT IS NOT YOURS BUT HERE WE HAVE FOR EVERYONE
