Live: Tigers vs Titans at Leichhardt Oval
ADAM DOUEIHI WINS IT FOR THE TIGERS WITH A FIELD GOAL!!
The Tigers had a rotten set to get in position, with Jarome Luai almost breaking through for the game-winning try, but ultimately the pass comes back to Adam Doueihi to pot his first career field goal and win it for the Tigers.
Absolute scenes as Leichhardt Oval erupts in the Wests Tigers 100th game at their spiritual home.
“We were probably a bit lost at times. Looked a little bit clunky,” Doueihi tells Fox Sports.
“Really proud. I practice for these types of scenarios. to give the fans a win for turning up and staying loyal, it’s a good feeling.”

79′ Taylan May is trying to sell a crusher
Reagan Campbell-Gillard is penalised by the bunker as Taylan May adds a bit of mayo.
The Tigers find touch and will get within field-goal range.
Jeral Skelton has a double and we’re all locked up!
The Tigers finally move the ball around and Api Koroisau, Latu Fainu and Jarome Luai finally combine.
They create the overlap and Taylan May sends Jeral Skelton over on the left wing.
Adam Doueihi has a kick from the sideline to give the Tigers a lead with two minutes left.
But he pushes it across the face and it’s still 20-20.

75′ This is a bad game of football
Jarome Luai manages to manufacture a repeat set with a grubber after a full set on the Titans’ line that I’m pretty sure didn’t feature a single second pass off the ruck.
The Tigers are getting plenty of repeat sets, but not doing anything in attack.

73′ Tigers surely knocked that on
The Tigers are looking ragged and regather a kick from a ricochet, but I’m certain Alex Twal knocked on.

69′ Tigers can’t go anywhere
Needing to chance their arm to get up the other end, the Tigers just gained 18 metres in an utterly unenterprising set off their own tryline.

68′ Oh no, AJ Brimson is down with an ankle injury
The dynamic Titans fullback is in a lot of pain, grabbing at his right ankle after Api Koroisau lands on it in a tackle.
But he’s going to play on.
AJ Brimson bursts through the middle and the Titans are back in front
Phil Sami swoops on a dropped ball as the Tigers pepper the Titans line and he goes up to halfway with AJ Brimson.
They go again and again, resisting some very dodgy ruck work by the Tigers and ultimately a bit of individual brilliance from Brimson is the difference as he steps inside Jack Bird, beats the tackle of Sione Fainu and swerves past Sunia Turuva to score under the posts.

Tigers hit the front as Titans fail to pack a scrum!
AJ Brimson doesn’t pack into the scrum in time and Belinda Sharpe blows a penalty.
Api Koroisau pots the penalty goal and the Tigers lead 16-14.

60′ Tigers get away with one
Jarome Luai knocks on as he collects a wraparound pass, but the referee misses it and he grubbers in behind, where Jaylan De Groot knocks it on.
Tigers level the scores
Sunia Turuva finds himself out at right centre and pinballs back infield, with Moeaki Fotuaika slipping up too high.
He’s right in front of the posts and Api Koroisau slots the penalty goal to level the scores at 14-14 with 23 minutes left.

55′ RCG pinged for an incorrect play-the-ball
It’s this entirely undecipherable ‘roll ball’ penalty.
Reagan Campbell-Gillard didn’t touch the ball with his foot, but he was pretty close.
I honestly hate this rule. Either you have to touch it or you don’t. This grey area is just ridiculous.

53′ Brimson blunder almost hands Tigers a try
Taylan May makes two great charges and Jarome Luai grubbers in behind on the back of it. AJ Brimson appears to have it covered but he fumbles into the hands of Jeral Skelton, who dives over.
But referee Belinda Sharpe rightly rules a double knock-on as May got a hand to it after Brimson’s knock-on.
Tigers reload from 10 metres out.
Broncos coming back against Roosters in NRLW
After trailing 24-10 at half-time, the Broncos have scored two second-half tries and trail just 24-22 heading into the final 10 minutes.

48′ Charlie Staines on his redemtion arc
The bomb goes up and Staines catches on his 10m line, but he beats three tacklers and makes it up near the halfway line.
A hell of a recovery to his shocking start to this game, and this half in particular.
‘It’s gone way too far’: Johns on Manly’s game-winning penalty vs Storm
The dramatic finale to last night’s Manly-Melbourne clash, with the Sea Eagles winning on a last-minute penalty against Harry Grant for running into the kicking leg of Luke Brooks, has been criticised by legendary halfback Andrew Johns.
The eighth Immortal says the protection for kickers has “gone way too far”

“By the letter of the law, it’s a penalty,” he says on Channel Nine.
“But in the game of chess during the game, there’s no reward for a really good defensive set.
“Nowadays, if you get a bad attacking set and a slow play-the-ball, the kicker stands on the advantage line and kicks it 60 metres because they know they can’t get hit.
“[Defenders] should be able to get out of marker or get out of that tight defence and tackle the kicker above the waist.
“I just think it’s gone way too far.”

43′ Titans waste their chances
Alex Seyfarth fumbles a grubber to give the Titans another set on the Tigers’ line, but it’s wasted as Brian Kelly gives the ball to a flat-footed Beau Fermor on a well-populated blindside, and he’s immediately monstered into touch.

41′ TIGERS DROP THE KICK-OFF
Oh, it’s a disastrous start as the kick-off gets a late gust behind it and Charlie Staines’s chest mark turns into an above-the-head effort that he knocks on.
Titans go straight on the attack.
