Two banners accusing the military of being the perpetrators of “abductions ” in Culiacán were placed, one under the bridge on Álvaro Obregón Avenue and the other on Diego Valadés Boulevard, in the Tres Ríos Urban Development, in this city of Culiacán.

On the tarpaulin addressed to Brigadier General Porfirio Fuentes Velez, commander of the Ninth Military Zone and to General Héctor Jiménez Aldana, state coordinator of the National Guard, they point out the license plates of 11 military and GN vehicles, which are allegedly used to “disappear people from their homes, who are never heard from again”.

The message states that these license plates are covered during operations.
