Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared Nigeria’s president elect.

He won by 37% of the vote.

His main rival Atiku Abubakar polled 29% and Labour Party’s Peter Obi, got 25%.

Mr. Tinubu inherits a country facing challenges including: insecurity, unemployment and rising inflation.
