Luis Manuel “El Galletas”, identified by different sources as a leader of a local gang or possibly a member of La Familia Michoacana, was arrested by authorities while smoking marijuana on the streets of Itzapalapa, Mexico City
El Galletas was arrested by a routine patrol while he was sitting in his white Mazda smoking marijuana in Itzapalapa in southern Mexico City reported Excelsior. Authorities found a firearm, ammunition, drugs for dealing, and a vest with the ensignia of La Familia Michoacana.
