Councilwoman Blanca Patricia Ulate Bernal presented the opinion that was approved and explained that this type of music generally promotes violence against women.
According to the authorities, this ruling seeks to reform several articles of the Regulations of the Civic Justice System and the Regulations of Amusements and Public Shows.
