WNU Editor: Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu is a high priority target for the Ukraine military. He would not be in Ukraine if the situation was a threat to him and/or the Russian military was not in complete control. This is a strong indication to me that the tide of the war may be shifting in Moscow’s favor.

On another note. You cannot tell much from a one minute video that has been heavily edited, but it looks like the war has significantly aged the Russian Defense Minister. He had the appearance of a man who is always in meetings 24/7, making life and death decisions that will impact thousands.
