“Sol Prendido” for Borderland Beat
5 people killed and 20 injured was the result of a shooting that took place last week on January 6 at a cockfighting venue in Petetlán, Guerrero.
The massacre was said to have been committed by gunmen in service for Edilberto Bravo Barragán aka El Gavilán. Their attack was against Oliver Sanchez Coria aka El Ruso of Petatlán. Both are criminal leaders fighting for control of the Guardia Guerrerense.
As a consequence of those murders hitmen believed to belong to El Ruso networked to find the spy who played a part in what went down on that dark day.
A kidnapper will question his captive several times within the first film. But instead of answering, the condemned male is crying. A horror stricken look filled with shame and regret can be seen etched across his face.
His ugly demise takes place in the second broadcast though. Where an ax and another Barong machete, similar to the one last seen here at Borderland Beat back in September, returns to the screen again. The tool will be unsuccessfully employed this time in the removal of the captives legs just above the knees.
