Politics has evolved a lot since Joe Biden took office in early 2021. As with everything in life, priorities change, and people move on to new pursuits. Right now, topics like inflation and transgender ideology dominate political discussions.
But it wasn’t that long ago that you couldn’t turn on a television without seeing some talking head extolling the wonders of “Russian collusion.” For years on end, the nation was subjected to some of the most deranged, baseless conspiracy theories ever thought up. At one point, it was even suggested that Donald Trump had been groomed since 1984 by Vladimir Putin.
Entire cottage industries sprung up around the tale, complete with influencers pushing various theories and claiming to have inside information. Enter Allison Gill, otherwise known as the popular left-wing account Mueller She Wrote. For years, Gill operated anonymously as one of the primary purveyors of the Russian collusion hoax. She even built an award-winning podcast off her various musings on the matter, eventually turning her notoriety into a live show.
That’s the setup. Now, let’s talk about the payoff. What I’m about to share with you is one of the most thorough takedowns of a political figure I’ve ever seen. You see, the internet is forever, and one Twitter account was just enterprising enough to do some digging on Gill. What they found was simply astonishing.
Because the thread in question is over 100 posts long, I’m only going to highlight some parts of it in this write-up. For those that want to see just how deep this really goes (and it goes to ocean-level depths), I’d highly recommend reading through the entire thing. It’s absolutely stunning.
With that said, let’s start with Gill’s military service. According to her own posts over the years, she is a naval veteran who served in Desert Storm and developed PTSD as a result. She also claims that her grandfather died on a naval vessel during the Battle of Guadalcanal.
Now, keep those two things in mind as we walk through this.

The thread begins with Gill’s claim that her grandfather died in Guadalcanal. So is that true? Surely, no one who isn’t as senile as Joe Biden would bother to make up such an easily debunkable story about a family member’s military service. Well, if you thought that, you thought wrong.
19. Thing is, he didn’t die – he SURVIVED.

21. War hero Duzy, survived the sunken ship, shark infested waters and Japanese pot shots that day – and went on to live a long, full and successful life, until the ripe old age of 78. A bona fide hero! pic.twitter.com/FwGEPXuOjh

Not only did Gill’s grandfather survive World War II, but she was pictured with him as late as 1995. Last I checked, that’s not 1942. But that’s just a taste of what’s to come, and things only get crazier from here. Next, let’s talk about her supposed service during the First Gulf War.

You read that correctly. Gill didn’t even join the military until four years after the war she claims she developed PTSD fighting in. Further, the thread goes on to explain where her claim came from. Namely, the VA describes any servicemember who signed up from the First Gulf War forward as a “veteran of the Gulf War era.” In other words, she took a generic filing phrase and spun it into a heroic military career whereby she ended up disabled, having given everything to her country.
Alright, so maybe she exaggerated her service record a bit, but surely the rest of what she’s said about her military career is true, right?
Buckle up.

41. So, according to our research, she was never really a “nuclear reactor expert” as she essentially only studied a few months theory and never started the practical, hands-on component of her course. pic.twitter.com/kehpOvcQXO

Things just continue to get more insane from there. For example, Gill has often claimed that Donald Trump got her fired from her government job because she was “reporting” on Russian collusion. Is that true? Take a guess.
49. …all because of her ‘reporting’ on Russia. :):)lol pic.twitter.com/QggDUwlj0H

Remember those live shows I mentioned at the beginning of this article? And remember how Gill claims she has PTSD? Both those things come into play here.
54. In order to be able attend the live shows, she asked for sick leave from her govt job. Claiming the office environment she been had been successfully working in, for over a decade, was exacerbating her PTSD pic.twitter.com/wbDnIVppaM

57. After the investigation concluded – she wasn’t actually fired, but offered a relocation, which she voluntarily rejected pic.twitter.com/GJzmR5ai1e
— Fraudian-Slip (@Fraude_101) June 3, 2023
Gill would also go on to spin a conspiracy theory about Mick Mulvaney being involved in her supposed “firing.” Why did she do all that? I can’t say for sure, but one would be forgiven for suspecting she did it for online clout, and it worked. Her following only grew larger.
As I said, there’s a lot more in the thread that lays out just how far the dishonesty goes. Consider this article as just a primer. With that said, I’ll leave you with one final teaser before I wrap things up. Be sure to click on it and see the big reveal because it’ll leave your jaw on the floor.
96. It revolves around one insane example of narrative skewing and victim playing involving the husband she claims (without evidence) tried to murder her twice! pic.twitter.com/bld4tEWmrb

To summarize, the story of Mueller She Wrote should serve as a warning to politically-engaged people everywhere. Just because someone is telling you what you want to hear doesn’t mean they are telling you the truth. Be careful out there, folks.
