President Trump took a savage swipe at former First Lady Jill Biden following her admission that her husband’s debate performance back in 2024 was so terrifying that she thought he had a stroke.

As RedState’s Sister Toldjah reported, Dr. Jill admitted that as the debate unfolded, it occurred to her that Biden’s cognitive abilities were so far off in another galaxy that he might have been suffering a medical emergency.
“As I watched it, I thought, ‘Oh, my God, he’s having a stroke,'” were her exact words.
Trump, in a Truth Social post early Friday, pointed out that Mrs. Biden didn’t exactly leap to her husband’s aid, given the thought allegedly going through her head.
“Jill Biden is now out there finally admitting that she did NOT know what went wrong with Sleepy Joe during our … 2024 Presidential Debate, where Joe was not exactly performing to the highest level of debate standards,” he wrote. “She said that she thought he was having a ‘stroke,’ and various other really bad things, and yet never rushed onto the stage to help her troubled husband, as any good wife would do.”

The President went on to suggest that maybe Biden wasn’t suffering health ailments, but was rather so devastatingly beaten in the debate that it left him a sputtering mess.
“Did my strong performance in that debate cause him to plain and simple ‘choke,’ leading to his ignominious defeat, or were other reasons the cause?” he wondered.
What say you? Team Choke or Team Stroke?
How else to describe Biden’s meandering monologue about God knows what and ending his thoughts with, “We finally beat Medicare”?
Biden: “Making sure we make every single solitary person eligible for what I’ve been able to do with covid, excuse me, with umm dealing with everything we had to deal with. Look, we finally beat medicare.”

Actually, come to think of it, Hunter Biden provided a different excuse for his father’s behavior – he was on drugs. Because what junkie doesn’t just assume everybody else is as high as they are?

“I’ll tell you what, I know exactly what happened in that debate,” Hunter said in an interview last year. “He flew around the world basically, and the mileage that he could have flown around the world three times. He’s 81 years old.”
“He’s tired as s***. They give him Ambien to be able to sleep. He gets up on the stage, and he looks like he’s a deer in the headlights.”
That, of course, fails to take into account that Sleepy Joe has looked like a deer in headlights for well over a decade.
Prior to all of this, Biden’s campaign tried to frame the debate debacle as the result of having a cold.
Whether a stroke, drugs, or a cold, one thing is certain … the entire Biden family is definitively and perpetually lying at all times.
Circling back to the Wife of the Year here, as Sister Toldjah points out, not only did Jill fail to take action as her husband was allegedly having a stroke, but she saw further signs of his struggling with the basic task of walking.

Did she immediately usher him off to get some medical assistance? Nay, she saw all of these signs and still propped him up like a stunt double on “Weekend at Bernie’s” after the debate.
In language that had all the feel of the “Here comes the Choo Choo” game with your infant, Jill sang the president’s praises while he stood there looking across the crowd with yet another blank, vacuous grin on his face.

“Joe, you did such a great job answering every question! You knew all the facts,” the First Lady screeched. Meanwhile, one could almost see a thought bubble extending from Biden’s dome with a picture of a pudding pop.

It’s pretty obvious that Jill Biden never had her husband’s best interests or well-being at heart. She was simply trying to hold onto power. And if her mealticket dropped from a neurological event in the process, so be it.
