You might think that Democrats have enough problems without having to figure out what a woman is. But their chronic gender confusion apparently also extends to men as well. With just three months to go before the midterm elections, Democrats are mired deep in their man/woman conundrum. And even as twisted as it is, it is also ever so comical.

Since the 2024 election, Democrats not only can’t define what a woman is, but they also have trouble defining men. We were all treated to Minnesota Gov. and Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz doing “manly” things like hunting and working on his truck, neither of which he seemed any good at. But Democrat “manliness” also comes in the form of who you target. My colleague, Nick Arama, has reported on some comments made by Sen. Jon Ossoff at a recent campaign rally for his reelection. Ossoff began by doing what most Democrats do: trashing the military. He claimed sailors on the USS Lincoln are fighting “Trump’s war.” But Ossoff wasn’t done yet; he then stated, “He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the Emir of Qatar.”

“Natalie” is Natalie Harp and is one of President Trump’s most trusted advisors. And as such, part of her job is to travel with the President. Only that’s not what this was. Ossoff knew exactly what he was implying. But he didn’t have the cajones to come right out and say it. Natalie Harp is also a young, attractive single woman. Once again, a member of the “party of women” has no problem making a woman and the potential sullying of her reputation collateral damage. But oh wait, we have known for quite a while that the people around President Trump, especially conservative women, don’t count and fall into the collateral damage column.

We have seen this movie over and over. The specimens Democrats offer up as “real men,” guys like Beto O’Rourke recording his visit to the dentist, and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey struggling to get Somali food down. As Clay Travis and Buck Sexton so eloquently put it on their show on Tuesday,
“They are the last guy in the world that you want to have your back when you know the biker gang shows up at the bar and you need someone to have your, uh, you know, have your six.
Jon Ossoff and his fellow Democrats love to insinuate and imply things. But when push comes to shove, can’t bring themselves to complete the insult. Would he have gotten less heat had he just said what he wanted to say and owned it? Would he have gotten a microscopic bit of respect for just being honest about what he was saying? Probably not. As we are well aware by now, Democrats have no interest in respect.

Maybe I’m naive, but I like to think that if you put a bunch of guys, political bent unknown, in a room, the majority of them would say they believe that as men, it is their responsibility to defend the women in their lives, both physically and verbally, as well as women in general. And Democrats just can’t seem to figure out why they have become like gas station sushi to normal, rational men.
