Freddy, the World Cup tourist from Germany, had a rollicking time at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. He had a great moment when they sang “Proud to Be an American,” and everyone stood at the right point in the song.

That followed some explosive firearm fun as well in a new friend’s backyard.

Freddy and the crew decided to stay one more day in Nashville so they could get to places like the Country Music Hall of Fame and a little more soccer. You can see here some of the dresses of his new favorite singer, Ella Langley, as well as Elvis Presley’s gold-plated Cadillac.
We spent our afternoon in Nashville visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame. As new fans of the genre, it was amazing to learn about the history and all the incredible stories behind it. Before today, we only knew about ten country artists. Now it feels like we know them all. pic.twitter.com/jVncBtT9Al

Then they also hit an MLS (Major League Soccer) game for the first time. They had regular seats but were then invited by the club’s owner to his suite, which looked pretty nice.
Our first MLS game ever. Nashville against Atlanta. We had regular seats, but then the owner of the club invited us up to his suite to watch the game there. It‘s so insane how nice everyone has been to us in this country.🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/gl4BsLBv7V

Then what was very cool was that he had a meet-up with another World Cup tourist, Fiago, who is also German.
Nice little German link up in Nashville with @FreddyLA7 and his boys. So now you all know NO we are not the same person and yes, they’re a great group of lads 👏🏼🇩🇪🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/HguZGmWL2r

They made it out to the Nashville tourist area on Broadway, and one of the crew even rode a mechanical bull.

The next day, they hit Kentucky and Mammoth Cave. Very cool.
Currently inside Mamooth Cave in Kentucky. It‘s the longest known cave system in the world (more than 430 miles). That’s more than 1.5× longer than the second-longest cave system.🤯 pic.twitter.com/3WwOR31B2P

But what else should you do in Kentucky? You have to see some horses. They also hit the Keeneland Race Course and checked out some of the horses.

Our second stop in Kentucky. We were told that Kentucky is all about horse racing, so we went to Keeneland Racecourse and visited some of the horses. They sell for insane prices. It’s a sport we didn’t know anything about, but after talking to the people who showed us around and… pic.twitter.com/vUJjPkeNt3

People had been chastising Freddy to eat something other than fast food, so he did manage to get some other food.
A lot of people told us we should stop eating only at fast food chains, so we have tried to more eat local spots during the last days. This was our dinner today in Lexington, Kentucky. It’s also where we’re staying tonight.😊 pic.twitter.com/hCopgJroZj
