Culiacán, Sin.- The number of reports of people who were deprived of their freedom last Friday, March 22, increased to 66, informed Governor Rubén Rocha Moya.
In his social networks, he shared that of this updated figure, 42 people have already been located.
“In follow-up to the events that occurred in Culiacán, I inform you that a total of 66 people were allegedly deprived of their freedom, according to a report or complaint filed. Of which 42 have been located (24 adults, 18 children),” he said in a publication.
The state governor pointed out that this was achieved thanks to the search operation launched jointly by state and federal authorities, with the support of the military forces, which are also preparing to increase the presence of more troops for this case.
Finally, he commented that the search operation is being maintained for the people still unaccounted for.
