Victoria Police detectives have spoken with four Sydney men as part of their sexual assault investigation linked to the Sydney Swans.
In a statement, police confirmed they travelled to NSW this week.
Sexual Crimes Squad detectives spoke with a 26-year-old Randwick man, a 30-year-old Maroubra man, a 25-year-old Randwick man and a 25-year-old Paddington man.
Investigators say the interview process with the four men has now concluded.
The allegations relate to events at East Melbourne’s Pullman Hotel where it is understood players were joined by several adult entertainers in the early hours of August 17.
Three women subsequently made a report to police.
No-one has been arrested and no charges have been laid.
Authorities say they also spoke to, or will speak with, three men also believed to be in the hotel room, who are being treated solely as witnesses at this time.
The club stood down five players — vice captain Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, James Jordan, Riley Bice and Nick Blakey — for breaching club standards for drinking and bringing women to the hotel in the hours after the team’s round 23 clash against Essendon.
Police now believe they have identified all parties who were in the room at the time of the alleged incident.
The investigation into the alleged incident remains ongoing, and Victoria Police said it does not expect to provide any further updates for about eight weeks.

The club released a statement acknowledging the update on Wednesday afternoon.
“The wellbeing of those impacted remains of paramount importance,” the Swans said.
“The club again extends its sincere apologies to our members and fans, sponsors and the wider community, along with all of our staff and players across both the women’s and men’s programs, for the distress and disappointment this matter has caused.”
Two separate law firms have been engaged to represent three women considering civil action over the alleged incident.
Their lawyers have previously alleged the women are suffering severe stress and anxiety and may pursue damages.
