New South Wales batter Jason Sangha has provided one of the highlights of the Sheffield Shield season so far with an incredible diving slips catch.
Tasmania’s Jack Doran was the unlucky batter who might have thought he had gotten away with an outside edge from Chris Tremain’s bowling.
But the flying Sangha covered an enormous amount of ground before claiming the catch with two hands.
It is the second sensational Shield catch in two days, with Western Australia’s star all-rounder Cameron Green putting forth his own entry on Wednesday.

Charles Stobo found the outside edge of Queensland’s Gurinder Sandhu’s bat, prompting Green to take off low to his left from first slip.
Green took the catch in one hand.
Rain has interrupted Shield games across the country through this round, but there has still been some time for some stand out individual performances.
Usman Khawaja made an unbeaten 102 against WA, while earlier in the week Victorian keeper Sam Harper made one of the fastest centuries in Sheffield Shield history, reaching the milestone in 64 balls.
Harper would eventually be dismissed on 151 from 104 balls.
South Australia’s Jake Fraser-McGurk made a quickfire 101 in the same game, while NSW quick Lawrence Neil-Smith took an impressive 7-58 against Tasmania.
